What to do in case of emergency?
In case of fire or an accident
Dial internal emergency number +31 346 291 000. If there is no answer, call emergency number 112.
Provide the following information:
- Your name and room number;
- What has happened;
- Possible number of casualties;
- The location of the incident.
Even if you dial 112 directly, you still need to call internal emergency number +31 346 291 000 for guidance of emergency responders to the scene of the incident.
In case of fire
- Extinguish the beginning of the fire with available firefighting equipment;
- Turn off equipment;
- Close doors and windows.
In case of fire/accident at another location
- Stay in place and follow the instructions of the emergency assistants.
In case of building evacuation
- A map with instructions and evacuation routes is posted on your room door;
- Leave the building via the evacuation routes and follow the instructions of the emergency assistants;
- Guests gather at the location indicated by the emergency assistants or fire department;
- Follow further instructions from the emergency assistants.

For medical assistance, contact the Service Desk at +31 346 291 234.
Check-In / Check-Out
For check-in, please go to the Service Desk. There is no reception in the building where you are staying. Check-in is possible on the day of arrival from 2:00 PM. For inquiries, you can visit the Service Desk in the Neelie Kroes hall in the Albert Heijn building, or call +31 346 291 234.
Check-out: On the day of departure, please vacate the room by 9:00 AM and return the room keycard to the Service Desk. Remember to settle any outstanding bills upon departure.
Security
To protect your and our property, security bars are installed on balcony doors and windows. Make sure to use these when leaving the room or going to sleep. Also, lock the hallway door upon departure. In case of danger, call +31 346 291 000.
Internet
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout our premises. You can connect to the network named "Guestwifi" without needing a password.
Payment Method
We only accept payments by debit card or credit card.
Breakfast Venue
Breakfast is served in the Neelie Kroes hall from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM.
Espresso Bar
The espresso bar is located in the Neelie Kroes hall, in the Albert Heijn building. Opening hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Saturday: 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM.
Restaurant De Mensa
Restaurant De Mensa is located in the Mensa building.
Lunch hours: Monday to Saturday from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM (open from 11:30 AM on Fridays).
Dinner hours: Monday to Friday from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Bar
The bar is located in the Plesman hotel and is open every weekday from 7:00 PM to 1:00 AM. If there are few or no visitors, the bar closes at midnight. Bar bills are settled at the bar on the same evening.
Smoking
Smoking is only permitted at the designated smoking pole in parking lot C.

Parking
Parking is available in designated parking spaces on the premises. Make sure not to leave any valuables in your car. Charging stations for electric cars, motorcycles, and scooters are available at parking lots C and D. The charging point needs to be activated with a card. Electric bikes can be charged using the power outlets in the bicycle shed at the Albert Heijn building.

Service Point
The Nyenrode Service Point handles printing, copying, standard printing, office supplies, mail, and logistics services.
It is located in the de Rooij building. Payment at the Service Point is by card only. Opening hours: weekdays from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
Lost and Found
Lost and found items can be handed in or collected at the Service Desk in the Neelie Kroes hall.
Lockers
Lockers for storing valuables are available in the wardrobe of the Executive Lounge in the Albert Heijn building. Their use is free of charge. Locker keys are available at the Service Desk.
Pets
Pets are not allowed on the Nyenrode estate.
